Activity Description
This Occupational Therapist led module is designed to help children (ages 5 – 12) develop their emotional intelligence. Through a blend of online interactive games, creative activities, and guided discussions, children will improve their ability to understand and manage their own and others emotions. They will learn to identify and understand their feelings and positive ways to express how they feel. Children will develop self-awareness, empathy, and communication skills that will empower them to handle their emotions with confidence.
