DofO – Future Pathways Expo
Degrees of Opportunity is an innovative youth development program designed to
bridge the gap between education, employment, and real-world skills. It supports
young people aged 12-25, including those with SEND needs and those at risk of
exclusion, by providing mentorship, career pathways, hands-on skills training, and
opportunities to engage directly with industries that inspire them.

Through workshops, business partnerships, and immersive career experiences,
Degrees of Opportunity empowers young people to explore diverse career options,
develop key skills, and gain confidence in shaping their future.

One of the key events within this program is the Degrees of Opportunity: Future
Pathways Expo—a unique, festival-style careers and enterprise event designed to
engage young minds through interaction, creativity, and real-life industry
