Activity Description

Join us this Easter from 10:30 AM to 12 PM on 31 March, 2 April, 7 April, and 9 April for a roaring adventure into the world of dinosaurs!

Week 1 (31st March & 2nd April): Fossil theme

Week 2 (7th & 9th April): Dinosaur theme

Each week, young explorers will uncover a different dino through themed crafts, quizzes, games and museum trails. Children can get hands‑on with creative activities, take part in fun challenges and enjoy mini tours. Every session includes a worksheet to take home.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 2 adults per child. Grown-ups can unwind with complimentary tea and coffee, while kids enjoy squash and prehistoric fun! For further information and common questions, please read our FAQ.

Please arrive around 10 minutes before the session starts as you’ll need to check in at reception.

Event tickets do not include Castle admission, which must be purchased separately. If you’re planning to attend multiple events throughout the year, an Annual Museums Pass offers better value: it costs the same as one Castle visit plus one Hollytrees visit but gives you unlimited entry to all three museums for 12 months.
