Classes follow the same format as the adult CrossFit programme and will help the athletes learn new skills, make friends, build self-esteem and build strength and fitness that will transfer across to other sports and activities. This class is based on the CrossFit methodology and incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio-based movements that will have your teen feeling, fitter, healthier, stronger, more confident and more empowered. Every movement can be scaled/adapted to suit each individual athlete’s ability and level. All abilities welcome, no prior experience required
