Performance Studio:
9:45-10:25 Mini Movers (Ages 2-3)
11:00-11:40 Leaps & Strides (Ages 4-5)
12:00-12:50 Leaps & Strides (Ages 6-7)
13:00-13:40 Leaps & Strides (Ages 4-5)

Research Studio:
10:00-10:40 Mini Movers: Research Studio (Ages 2-3)
11:10 – 11:50 Wiggle On (Ages 3-4)
12:10 – 13:00 Street Dance (Ages 8-12)

About our Children’s Classes Programme:

Nurturing creativity through movement has been a key part of our mission since CDS was founded over 40 years ago.

Led by our teaching team including CDS member Robyn Holder as well as Olly Otley and Oluwatosin Omotosho, our Saturday morning Children’s Creative Movement and Dance classes nourish the creativity of nearly 200 local children each term.

Our classes are for children aged 2-12 years and offer a progressive programme of instructions designed to build skills in movement, rhythm, and choreography.

We end each term with a sharing for friends and family to see what the children have been learning!

For every class we run, we offer a limited number of free and subsidised places for local children and families based in Bow postcodes E3 5 and E3 2. For more information, please contact [email protected]
