This empowering course is designed to equip parents with the knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions regarding birth preferences, breastfeeding, and parenting styles, all aimed at fostering optimal immune health for their newborns. In two comprehensive sessions we reveal the pivotal choices that shape the well-being of both family and baby. Sessions are presented via Zoom in either intimate group settings or personalized one-on-one sessions (upon request).

Session one unveils the latest compelling evidence on why birth method and breastfeeding profoundly influence your child’s lifelong health. In part two, prepare yourself for a successful breastfeeding journey with practical tips and guidance. Our approachable format encourages interactive discussions, ensuring clarity and comprehension every step of the way.
