Activity Description
The course includes:
Groups: 6 hours of ‘live’ learning/ Private: 4 hours of ‘live’ learning . Course materials including a work book, Affirmation cards. WhatsApp support from me for any questions about your personal pregnancy journey, for birth and through to early parenting . Group courses are kept to a maximum of 4 couples~ the cost is for 2 people per booking, birth partners are encouraged to join. I also have availability for private 1:1 sessions in your home OR online.
