Want to feel calm, confident and in control of your birth? Go from feeling anxious to excited with my Antenatal Hypnobirthing courses. I offer my courses online and face to face. I offer group and private 1-1 Hypnobirthing courses.

My group Hypnobirthing courses take place in a gorgeous venue in Oulton in Leeds & take place every other month. They start at 7.15pm until 9.15pm. Each course is for 4 consecutive weeks, on a Wednesday evening. Group Hypnobirthing classes cost £295 per couple and only a £50 deposit is required at booking.

My private 1-1 Hypnobirthing courses take place in the comfort of your own home and at a time and day that is convenient for you. They can be tailored to your individual needs and I am very flexible with my approach. Private 1-1 Hypnobirthing courses cost £360 per couple and £50 is required at time of booking, with the remaining payment due 2 weeks before the first Hypnobirthing session.
