Activity Description
Empower your pregnancy and birth journey with our Antenatal Education classes. In a relaxed, informal classes across 6 weeks, learn practical skills like Rebozo, massage, active birth positions. Gain knowledge about the birth process and your rights throughout your pregnancy, childbirth and beyond with our evidence based research. Learn how to make informed decisions that are right for you and your family, giving you confidence to speak up and get the birth you want.
Each class is 2hours of information and practical practices such as breathing. You have the flexibility to book on for the whole course or just the classes you need (perhaps you are adopting or fostering).
Details of each class is on the website so you can book what feels good for you. Refreshments are provided and all equipment when it comes to the more active sessions. Please wear something comfortable for these. Each class is £25 per couple, the whole course is just £150.
