Activity Description
Join our Acrobatic Arts certified teacher, Miss Sally, to learn tumbling skills, bridges, handstands and lots more.
Classes are taught in our brand new state of the art dance studio with the highest quality safety mats and equipment including our brand new inflatable tumble track!!
Our expert Acro classes are based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program for your child to learn and develop in.
