Activity Description
We are passionate about supporting the local autistic community in Manchester. One of the ways we do this is by delivering monthly exercise sessions for 18+.
Members have the opportunity to take part in a gym session at Nuffield Health and have lunch in their cafe. Members can use any of the fantastic exercise equipment on offer and everything is at their own pace, so it’s perfect for those who haven’t been to a gym before or are a bit anxious about going.
Over time gaming sessions can help develop social and communication skills and help nurture friendships.
