With over 13 years experience in working with children, Bradley has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share in developing high quality childcare provisions.
Bradley started his career as a nursery nurse in a school before progressing to working in the PVI (private, voluntary and independent) sector and then climbing into senior management roles. In this time, Bradley has also worked with children in the USA and Australia.
Bradley really enjoys being a part of organisations which positively shape the future for childcare practices and equally loves spending time with children or training staff.
Outside of work Bradey enjoys travelling, being in nature and listening to music.

Nicole is The Friendly SEND Advisor, a passionate advocate, best-selling author, and expert in sensory processing and neurodiversity. Through her consultancy, she supports children’s activity providers and educators in creating inclusive, sensory-friendly environments, ensuring all children can thrive.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Nicole shifted to full-time advocacy after her autistic son was diagnosed with epilepsy. Her personal journey led her to develop resources to support neurodivergent children. She also hosts the Conversations with a SEND Mum podcast, offering support and insights to parents navigating special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Cerys is the proud creator of the CPD accredited Approaching Schools Academy, where she has supported hundreds of providers to grow profitable businesses by working with schools and nurseries.

James McDonald is Morton Michel’s Business Development Manager; in his role he works closely with the Children’s Activity sector helping to deliver bespoke insurance and risk management solutions designed specifically for those who work with children. He is a regular speaker and collaborator at industry events, sharing his insight and experience to help providers navigate the process of protecting their business.
Julia Clark is the Operations and Membership Director at the Children’s Activities Association, where she supports the organisation and activity providers in building a community and raising standards across the UK. Previously, she worked as a Parent Support Advisor and an Education Welfare Officer, helping children access education and opportunities while supporting families.
Antonia Noble co owns Safeguarding Fundamentals with Paul Stewart. She has been a barrister for over 30 years, she leads safeguarding networks and memberships for school DSLs, she has been a safeguarding subject expert for leading training providers and chairs a Multi Academy Trust.
