Tip 2 - Join the Children's Activities Association (CAA)

The Children’s Activities Association is an industry-led, not for profit organisation founded and governed by experts to help parents, schools, nurseries and children’s activity providers by raising the standard of organised children’s activities across the United Kingdom. We work very closely with the CAA on various awards, events and more.

They aim to give venues a bench mark for all children’s activities by establishing a membership and accreditation scheme for a children’s activity provider. As part of its work, the Children’s Activities Association also collaborates with policy makers to influence relevant legislation, commissions research into the economic and social impacts of children’s activities and campaigns for improvements to the industry.

The Children’s Activities Association now supports many independent businesses and franchise operations, and 1000’s of franchisees who have provided their compliance policies. Membership of the Children’s Activities Association evidences excellence and demonstrates all that children’s activities providers do to advance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of early years and children of all ages.

Tip 4 – Testimonials are King!

Tip 4 - Testimonials are King!

We use Trustist for all of our reviews. It’s a fantastic platform to keep all your reviews in one place, not only for parents/carers to read but also for people to leave reviews as well. Instead of having numerous links there is just one link you have to share for parents to leave reviews . Learn more about reviews here –  https://trustist.com/guest-blog-club-hub-are-reviews-important-in-the-childrens-activities-sector/

Reviews can be a fantastic way for parents to find an unbiased view of that class or activity – if parents see lots of trusted reviews then they are more likely to choose that children’s activity as they know what to expect.

We really encourage our members to get customers to leave them feedback and reviews, as this is a great way to help others find you and also understand what your class or activity is about from another parent’s point of view.
