At Cruz, we strongly believe in the transformative power of a fun learning environment for children. Through the universal language of dance, we aim to help children manage stress, reduce anxiety, and develop key physical attributes such as coordination, rhythm, and flexibility. 5-8 years old will be learning musicality, how to move around the space, coordination and the foundation of street dance.
