We invite you all to a high-energy celebration packed with games, creative challenges, and physical-theatre fun. A fantastic opportunity for you and your young person to get to know what Sprung Youth is all about—boosting confidence, unlocking creativity, and building community in a supportive, empowering environment.
Sprung is a place where imagination is celebrated and anything becomes possible.
Let’s start the year with laughter, movement, and new connections.

Sprung Youth is a different kind of youth group combining drama, speech and movement for a uniquely physical approach to theatre-making. Sprung takes participants on a creative journey, giving them the time and space to develop their own voice.
