Activity Description
The Little Phonics Club is a small, nurturing after-school reading and writing club for children aged 3–5, running in locations across London.
Led by Miss Alicia, a qualified teacher with a degree in Education and experience in some of London’s leading independent schools, the club was created to give young children a fun and purposeful space to build confidence in their early literacy skills.
In our small-group sessions (maximum 12 children), children develop their phonics, reading, writing through engaging, carefully planned activities that reinforce and extend what they are learning at school.
Each 10-week programme is tailored to the needs of the children attending, with individual learning goals, termly progress updates, optional home challenges and personalised feedback for parents. Our aim is not only to help children make strong academic progress, but also to foster a love of learning, independence, and self-belief.
At The Little Phonics Club, every child is supported, encouraged, and celebrated as they take their next steps on their reading and writing journey.
