MummyFIT Selby and York is an expert-led fitness class for pregnant and new mums.
Bring your bump or baby along and enjoy 45mins of you time.

Our sessions are all planned and delivered by me, Vicki, a qualified pre and postnatal fitness professional, who can offer adaptations and guidance throughout each session for a wide range of conditions/ailments/injuries and fitness levels.
