Application Process Advice for Club Hub Awards and Top 100 2025

The Club Hub Awards and Top 100 2025 are now open so we thought we’d share some Top Tips and Application Process Advice to help you with your entries. These awards are the only national awards exclusively for children’s activity providers, with entries assessed by a judging panel only (no voting element).

The awards are open to Club Hub members and offered across 15 categories, to reflect the range of businesses in the sector. We are also proud to launch the Top 100 Children’s Activity Providers list. The first of its kind for the sector, this is an additional opportunity for Club Hub members to raise the visibility of their business. Entries will be assessed by expert judges, focussing on five key areas: Activity Benefits, Safeguarding, Inclusivity, Community Impact and Business Achievements.

Application Process Advice for Club Hub Awards and Top 100 2025

1.Review Award Categories and Closing Date:

• Visit the Club Hub Awards 2025 page and note the closing date, which is midday on the 15th of January 2025.
• Check the 15 categories available and ensure eligibility for each.

2. Complete Category Awards Entry:

• Copy the questions from the entry form into a separate document.
• Provide clear and specific evidence and examples for each question.
• Tailor responses to each category entered.
• Include a high-resolution business logo, website URL and social media links.
• Confirm attendance for the Club Hub Event on the 10th of May 2025.

3. Submit Top 100 Entry:

• Fill out a separate entry form for the Top 100 list.
• Answer questions on activity benefits, safeguarding, inclusivity, community impact and business achievements.
• Provide a high-resolution logo, a photograph, website URL and social media links.
• Confirm Club Hub membership and attendance for the event on the 10th of May 2025.

4. Submit Entries:

• Review all entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Copy and paste responses from the separate document into the online entry forms.
• Agree to privacy policies and terms and conditions.
• Choose a payment option and submit entries before the deadline.

• Ensure responses are specific to each category entered to meet judging criteria.
• Do not wait until the last minute to start the application process.
• Copy questions into a separate document to work on responses over time.
• Provide clear evidence and examples to support answers.
• Double-check all information before submitting to avoid errors.
• Plan ahead and allocate sufficient time for completing the entries to increase chances of success.
