Activity Description

Welcome to the art of fire with Wildeye Adventures. Learn about the fire triangle and how to safety light and sustain a fire. Useless trees and plants used for fire lighting in bushcraft and practise various fire lighting skills. You’ll be shown different demonstrations and then have the chance to try for yourself.

Fire is one of the survival elements we cannot live without, it goes back to our tribal roots. Honour the powerful connection humans have with fire.

It’s a healing element and can help to reduce stress, creates a sense of community and promotes feelings of calm.

Creating a camp fire together brings any family closer together, especially when gathering around for toasting marshmallows and making Smores!
