Ages 9 – 15 class: fun, skills-based sessions to build confidence in different movements.
Classes follow a great programme that helps kids learn new skills, make friends, build self-esteem and build strength and fitness that will transfer across to other sports and activities.
We get the kids learning to weighlift, using cardio machines, gymnastics moves and generally loving fitness, creating healthy habits for life!
