Nonsuch Young Company is Nottingham’s most creative Youth Theatre for children aged 6-11 is back!!!
Nonsuch Young Company (NYC) is an exciting youth theatre done differently from Nottingham’s theatre company & arts charity: Nonsuch Studios

Each week, Nonsuch Young Company will have fun trying out a broad range of high-energy drama, dance, musical theatre, singing, improv and acting exercises. It is an open-access youth theatre where drama and creativity bring out the incredible talents of participants as they learn skills, make shows and have fun in our inclusive & friendly weekly sessions. A great opportunity to meet others, build confidence and unlock creativity!

NYC isn’t like other drama schools! At Nonsuch Studios we take the young peoples lead in what stories they want to create, tell and perform!

NYC is run by the fantastic Charlie McKenzie-Barrow, a highly experienced youth drama facilitator who has worked with people of all ages across the United Kingdom

This Term, we are working with the theme of Myths and dragons in preparation for the Sneinton Festival on Saturday, July 12th, 2025!
