Interactive Online Tech Courses – Fire Tech

Fire Tech’s May half-term online tech courses are a terrific way to entertain imaginative kids aged 8 to 17 during their downtime.

Courses run for 4 or 5 days from 10am to 3pm, Monday 31st May to Friday 4th June.

Football Magic Coaching – May Half Term holiday football school (Dulwich, London)

Come and join us for our May Half Term holiday football school is dedicated to teaching children from the age of 5 to 14 years old.

Holiday courses consist of lots of technical drills and all holiday football camps involve many fun football related games such as Football Golf, Football Cricket, Assault Courses, Dodge Ball to name but a few.

We endeavour to give every child the same chance to improve their skills and knowledge of the game as well as nurturing their individual talents through carefully planned and structured sessions so that the children learn while having fun with friends in our fun-filled environment.

Children are kept in age-related bubbles as part of social distancing guidelines, and we have stringent hygiene practices in place.

FMC May half term camp is running from 1st – 4th June at JAGS Sports Club, Red Post Hill, Dulwich, London SE24 9JN on an astro pitch. We offer a morning session from 9.00 – 12.00 and an afternoon from 12.30 – 3.30 or you can join us for a full day from 9.00 – 3.30.

Make sure your child has a packed lunch if coming for a full day as well as plenty of fluids and a snack if joining just for the morning/afternoon session.

The sessions cost £20.00 per child per AM/PM session or £40 for the full day.

The sessions are on astro, so please wear trainers or rubber moulded boots (NO metal studs). All children must bring plenty of fluids, snacks (no nuts), lunch if staying all day, appropriate clothing for the weather, sun cream and shin pads must be worn by all participants.

Cypher’s FUTURE SUPER SKILLS: Careers + Code Camps (for children 6-12+) are launching this May Half-term – Live Online!

Nature Explorer Family Trail (Essex)

This May half term join us as we explore the Markshall Estate Arboretum, discover interesting facts about the unusual natural world around us, answer quiz questions, and receive a sunflower prize to grow at home.

Suitable for ages 5 – 11 years, £2.00 per child, normal admission charges apply to everyone in the party. As a charity, we rely on the generosity of our visitors, Members, donors, and funding bodies. Every time you take a walk in the Arboretum, enjoy a delicious lunch in our café or become a Member, you are helping us to fulfil this mission.

Wandmaker’s Workshop & a Wizard’s Afternoon Tea at the Wand’s & Wizard Exploratorium! (London)

Join us this half term (or from 21st May) and release your inner Wizard with not 1 but 2 interactive experiences at the Wand’s & Wizard Exploratorium!

We have the re-launch of our Wandmakers Workshop where you can design & build your very own working, illuminated magic wand and bring it to life through the magic of science! Once your magic wand is complete you’ll be ready to begin using it in our ground floor Ice Cream Parlour & Sweet Shop, during afternoon tea or with some of our other interactive products available to buy in store or online! Also launching is our bewitching Wizard’s Afternoon Tea! After selecting your magic wand, you are led to an interactive work station where you cast spells to control your tea stand and open your locked puzzle chest, which contains your tea ingredients. All served with a fantastical selection of delightful scones, traditional sand-witches, and funky desserts into which we have baked elements of molecular gastronomy to create this other-worldly afternoon tea experience! May Camp Bookings are Now Open at The Little Gym! (Hampton)

Spring is in the air! This means we have another exciting week of Ofsted Registered camps heading your way. Each camp will be filled with exciting themes, movement challenges, gymnastics, arts and crafts and S.T.E.M activities. All while carefully developing their minds, bodies and self-confidence. Children love them!

Camps will be running from Tuesday 1st – Friday 4th June for children aged 3-12 years. Sessions are open for both members and non-members to book.

The Band Project is the complete band experience for young musicians; rehearsals in fully equipped practice rooms, gigging musicians for tutors and gigs in real venues. Our relaxed and supportive environment develops self confidence, self respect, teamwork, creativity and nurtures a love for playing and performing music. All our bands are grouped by experience and age to be the best fit musically and socially and have a minimum of four and a maximum of five students.

Our Half Term workshops are three hours and are the perfect chance for young musicians to rehearse and play just like a real band. Each band will work with their tutor to learn and arrange their chosen song to performance standard in just three hours! After the last twelve months, these workshops are a great chance for kids to be in a safe, fun and creative space face to face with friends. All workshops are socially distanced and all of our venues have a Covid policy in place.

May Half Term with Kids R Us Out of School Clubs (Cambridge)

Join us this May Half Term.

We are a group of Out of School Clubs running in and around Cambridge. Our programmes are designed to balance child-led play and structured activities. There are daily crafts, group games and indoor and outdoor play. We provide a safe and fun environment for your children to Play, Create, Engage and Inspire. Little House of Science – May Half Term Classroom Camp in London & Online

Learn about the Science of Building Rockets and How to become an astronaut! The kids will explore the amazing World of Sharks and How do we breathe – Lungs versus Gills! What is echolocation and What can we learn from Bats and Dolphins.

SEA LIFE – The Best May Half Term Activities
