diddi dance Bristol Franchise Scoops Awards at Annual Conference

The diddi dance Conference takes place over 2-days, once a year and is an opportunity for all franchisees to come together, network, share best practice and take part in multiple workshops to help them better their business for the upcoming year. At every conference diddi dance Founder, Anne-Marie Martin, likes to recognise those franchisees who have worked hard and excelled in different areas of their business over the past year. The award are presented in 10 different categories ranging from Social Media use to Growth of Business.

Emily Norman who runs diddi dance Bristol took home the diddi diva award, which is awarded to the franchisee who had the biggest growth from the last conference.

We evaluate not just turnover but also social media, area usage, google ranking, number of classes and sessions.

When asked how she felt about winning diddi diva, Emily Norman commented:

“I was so happy to win this award, it is an honour for your work to be recognised by your head office. I have worked really hard this last year to build my business and will continue next year. ”

Emily started as a teacher for diddi dance Bristol and when the chance came up to take over the franchise she took it. She couldn’t imagine life without diddi dance in it so decided to take the huge step from a teacher to business owner! Since then it has gone from a few classes to 20 with a huge following of supportive families that love diddi dance as much as she does. Before diddi dance Emily taught modern and tap to school age children and fitness classes in her local area. This is went well together when taking on diddi dance to promote a healthy, active lifestyle from a young age!

To add to the excitement of the award win, diddi dance Bristol has also won the EWIF award for young women in franchising in May 2017, Silver accredited with the Children’s activity association and expanded to cover the rest of East Bristol!

Anne-Marie Commented on Emily Norman’s award win Emily is one of our youngest franchisees and she has a massive determination for growth, which shows with her winning not only this award but the EWIF Young Woman in Franchising Award for 2017, too. A fantastic achievement and great year for her all-round.”
