Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness for children 5+
Classes involve an exploration of different themes such as ‘strength’ and ‘energy’ allowing for the opportunity to explore different postures each class.
Children are empowered to think freely and contribute thoughts and feelings to the class. There is always time for Savasana where guided meditations are shared to help encourage awareness to breath, visualisation and relaxation.
