Mum and Daughter classes provide a calm space to nurture their unique bond. Its a space for them to value each other’s feelings and emotions and embrace the wonder of developing womanhood. Yoga poses focus on strengthening, toning and balancing the areas of the physical body that are most impacted by hormonal changes, including the bones, posture and sexual organs. This improves energy levels and also balances strong emotions, mood swings and provides relief from the symptoms of menstruation. No previous yoga experience is required.
