FREE TRIAL CLASS
Children’s yoga for 4-8 year olds encourages curious learners through storytelling to engage, inspire and stimulate children’s imaginations through yoga. Each week explores a different theme including National Curriculum, British Values and PSHE (personal, social, health and economic) Curriculum topics. Through various activities, including yoga games, postures, breathing exercises, massage, affirmation and relaxation, we build flexibility, balance, focus and concentration.
