The Story Tent Chester

Activity Description

The Story Tent is a class for children aged 6 months to 4 years.
At our classes, each child has their own Story Tent teepee, where we share a new story each week using lots of interactive storytelling, music, dance and games! Children can independently enjoy up to 5 sensory, creative and imaginative play areas, experimenting with new tools and materials each week, all linked to our chosen story! Finally, we come back together to finish our story with parachute games, bubbles and music.

The Story Tent is designed and run by experienced teachers and Early Years Specialists. We create a space and a session where children can engage in their own time and in their own way, without any expectation that they will at any point be ‘sitting down for a story’! We like to be active and moving, with children leading their play and having opportunities to explore independently.
