Teaching mindfulness and relaxation techniques for children aged 3 – 13, nurturing a calmer, balance and brighter future for your child.
Our classes follow the Relax Kids award winning, research based 7 step programme introducing mindfulness techniques to children in a fun and interactive way. Each class is themed and introduces conversations around emotional literacy, discussing where feelings come from, what they look like and how they feel internally.
The classes take children from a high energy to a state of calm using, movement, games, self massage, stretching, breathing, affirmations and visualisations.
