A relaxed morning for children age 5-8yrs and their adult/s to explore and develop their own creativity at Fabrica. Working together as a team we’ll create teeny, tiny sculptures from wire, cotton and paper, which will form the smallest scale puppet show to celebrate our making.
Our sculptures will be make believe creatures inspired by Fabrica’s current exhibition, ‘Strange Relations’, by Simon Le Boggit and Carys Reilly, who produce work at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of scale, from tiny artworks to a giant overhead video installation.
Participants can each achieve a Discover Awards. Awards which will be posted to them following the event. Materials, Arts Award moderation & certification included. Fruit and water provided Parents and carers are asked to stay on-site with their children for the event.
