Scratch and Robotics Beginner April Camp Notting Hill 2

| , | Max Participants: 12 | Age Range: 6-8

Club Description

Days: Monday to Friday, 15 to 18 April

Times: 10am - 4pm

Scratch is one of the most popular children’s coding languages and a great foundation for future coders. Using Scratch programming builds a strong foundation in computer science, teaching computational concepts through creating games, stories and animations.

We extend their knowledge from the screen to the real-world through our robotics sessions and coding themed offline activities. Our campers will use a variety of robotics, using their programming skills to create customisable creations. These include programming their own game controllers with Makey Makey circuit boards, building Lego WeDo robots, Ozobots and programming Dash robots.

In one week, your child will have more experience with computing than many children have in a year at school. We have two levels of Scratch and Robotics education at blue{shift} to create a programming foundation as your child progresses on their coding journey.

PLEASE NOTE: Campers on this course will need to bring their own laptops. We have systems available to rent at £15.
