Samurai Kickboxing Wooburn Green (Tuesday 6.10-7.10pm)

Activity Description

Our kickboxing classes are age group specific (age 4-Year 2, Years 3-6, Years 7-10 & Age 16+) to ensure students are taught appropriate to their developmental stage.
As well as teaching Kickboxing techniques, our classes focus on developing PHYSICAL SKILLS including fitness & coordination & LIFE SKILLS such as self confidence, focus & discipline. We also include self-protection & anti-bullying techniques.
