Days: Monday - Friday
Times: 10am - 12pm (Sprites - ages 5-10) / 12pm - 1pm & 2pm - 4pm (Mechanicals - ages 11-16)
Join us for a week of classic Creation storytelling with a digital twist this half term, where we’ll be travelling far and wide as we discover stories all to do with Adventure. Get ready to journey around the world in 80 days with Phileas Fogg, join Long John Silver on his hunt for treasure or be led through a magical forest by Puck; with so many places to explore, who knows where we’ll end up? At the beginning of the week our groups will be presented with three classic texts and will choose one to adapt into their own digital play to perform for family and friends on Friday.
All workshops are delivered live over Zoom by professional actors and theatre-makers, and workshoppers also get access to our School of Creativity website, filled with exclusive extra digital resources, videos and activities to keep the creativity alive outside of sessions.
We’re reinventing screen time and introducing young storytellers to new ways of performance and theatre-making through our active, interactive and exciting digital experiences. Our sessions are specifically designed for our new digital stage and are all about giving children a week of creativity, confidence-building and fun!
