Times: 9:30-10:15am and 7:45-8:30pm
THIS IS AN ONLINE ZOOM CLASS
Classes are 45 minutes and are focussed on pre/postnatal. I will be giving adaptions for those who are either further along their postnatal journey or are just wanting a friendly class to join in with. Hand weights and resistance bands will be used but not essential. We start with a cardio based workout followed by legs and bums strengthening and ending with core, abs and pelvic floor. The class will be done via zoom and a link will be sent to your email address provided before the session begins.
