A fun, high-impact aerobic & dance inspired class designed to banish those stubborn pounds, tone and strengthen the core.
What can a family expect from your activity?We’ll take you on a fitness journey with a 15/15/15 approach – 15 minutes each of heart-pumping aerobics & dance, 15 minutes of toning beautiful mummy curves, and 15 minutes of stretching and core work. Share this enjoyable class with your baby – either resting in your car seat/carrier or playing with their baby friends on our comfy cushions/duvets with toys.
Baby crawlers welcome, but no walkers please. As with all Mummy & Me classes, babies (non walkers) are safely placed on mats with soft toys while you enjoy your workout.
