Mini Me Time – Mini Mess Mirfield

Times: 10.30am-11.30am

Mini Mess 5 week ongoing classes are lots of fun with sensory exploration and different activities to take part in to a changing weekly theme. Classes run for 1 hour with time during the class for refreshments and everyone to chat. The course is suitable for babies from 4 months to pre-school.

There are many reasons why messy play can help children learn and become more independent. Children take part in an activity that they create, deciding how they want to play and use the materials. This builds confidence because the child is in control.

It helps develop movement, co-ordination and control. Mini Mess sessions are structured to allow play that gives children the opportunity to explore materials using their hands, arms, feet and bodies.

Sessions can be very very messy, so please ensure that both you and your little one(s) have clothes on that you don’t mind getting in a bit of a state (although, generally the little ones can be down to nappies etc). Towel and baby wipes are great to bring, wash down facility will be provided.
