Practicing yoga together gives you and your baby a special bonding time, playing, moving, breathing and relaxing together in a safe supportive environment.
Specialised post-natal yoga enables you to reconnect with your body, whilst gentle baby yoga can help with colic, digestion, sleep and aid development. Coming together with a group of mamas who are facing similar challenges will reassure you that you are not alone. Mama’s often build a social network in class whom they can rely on for ongoing friendship and support.
Mama and Baby Yoga is probably the most yogic yoga in the world, you shall quickly learn that things don’t always work out as you planned. It’s great to accept that you may not manage as much as you expected too, and that’s fine, it’s life as a mum.
Suitable for mama’s with babies aged 6 weeks (10 weeks post C-Section, forceps or 4th tear. I create a relaxed, fun environment where you can feed/change whenever you need to & keep your little one happy.
