Currently offering online kids yoga classes, with aim to resume face to face classes as soon as it feels safe to do so.
Pyjama Yoga at 6pm every Thursday from the comfort of your own living room.
Each child wears their PJs, brings their favourite teddy which we share in our sharing circle at the start. We then learn a breathing technique to help us focus, move our bodies in mindful ways with a new theme each week (shapes and sizes, gratitude, community) and finishing with a relaxation at the end to wind us down ready for bed.
Class sizes are limited to 6 children to ensure a safe, inclusive environment where everyone builds the confidence to share and everyone can be heard.
