At Red Eagle Martial Arts we train and learn the traditional karate style Wadō-Ryū. We provide a safe, inclusive environment for everyone to train safely, encouraging you on your path to gaining a black belt.
Karate training offers many benefits, physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst teaching you useful self protection skills. Confidence, discipline, respect, commitment are some of the valuable life skills you’ll develop.
We have separate classes and syllabuses for juniors (7-12 years), and adults (13 years +).
Introductory offers for the first 3 classes are available, then it’s pay as you go, so you only pay when you train.
I’ve been training in karate for over 25 years, and am currently a 4th Dan Black Belt in Wado Ryu.
Classes include learning fundamental technique, padwork, partnerwork, kata and fitness.
