Japanese Online Club

Times: 5pm

It is not a formal language class, although elements of language learning come up in each session. It is an interest club as I myself have been passionate about Japanese traditional and popular culture for years and many kids share that interest. Activities we do include, for example, virtual trips of Japan, learning about Japanese food including how to make certain dishes, discussing favourite manga and anime, learning how to write your name in Japanese and about quirky facts about the culture of Japan. Activities are largely driven by the kids’ interests and their ideas shape the club to be what they enjoy.
The club is a 40min session once a week on Zoom. After the first class, I take block bookings of 4 sessions in advance. Email me for T&Cs.
