👶 We offer COVID-safe, socially distanced indoor mum and baby postnatal fitness classes.
👶 We provide mums with the opportunity to focus on their health and wellbeing and kick start a fitness routine without the need for childcare.
👶 Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and we have a lovely, welcoming environment and community of like-minded mummies.
👶 To attend our classes you must have had your 6-8 week GP sign off and be at least 6 weeks post birth (12 weeks post c-section).
