Creative Mindfulness Classes following Relax Kids 7 step, each session involves; Play, Movement, Stretching, Sensory Touch, Breathwork, Positive Affirmations and ends with a short children’s Meditation.
Each week we use games, movement and arts & craft to have fun and be present in the moment. Themes such as kindness, gratitude, acceptance, sharing, emotional literacy, anxiety and calmness are gentle introduced into each class.
It’s a lovely class to help children understand the brain and the way our emotions are connected, it provides them with skills they will be able to use as they move into adulthood and when dealing with realities of the world.
