Chelmsford Karate is a non-profit karate club based in Chelmsford. We run 3 evening classes a week for children. Karate helps develop strength, coordination, stamina, balance and flexibility but will also train you mentally, improving self-awareness, discipline, confidence, self respect and respect for others.
Our instructors have over 120 years’ combined experience training karate in Chelmsford and look forward to teaching you the subtle art of Okinawan Goju Ryu and welcoming you into the family.
