Busylizzy offers 22 pre- and postnatal fitness, baby & toddler classes every week – available online to watch live or at a time to suit you. We also host regular guest speakers on topics such as first aid, weaning, baby sleep, self-care and more.
Our baby classes include Baby Massage, Baby Music, Baby Signing and Baby Yoga.
Our toddler and pre-school classes include Little Yogis, Hip Hop Tots, Twinkle Ballet, Mini Musicians and Mini Dancers.
Our postnatal fitness classes include Mummy&Me Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics and Bootcamp.
Our pre-natal (pregnancy) classes include Mums-to-bee Yoga and Pilates.
