Days: Fridays (term time only)
Times: 4pm-4.45pm Friday
A fun kids (4-11 yrs) yoga and mindfulness class practising yoga movement, breathing, mindfulness activities and games and relaxation. Come away with a true feeling of happiness and well being ready for the weekend.
Classes take place at 4pm on a Friday starting on 8th November.
