Hatha yoga class for mums where your baby comes too.
The classes to focus on postnatal strength and mindfulness. They are designed to help your body recover after your baby’s birth and to give you some headspace in the crazy world of motherhood. The postures focus on strength and flexibility, particularly for your tummy, lower back and pelvic floor.
The class lasts for one hour and everyone is welcome to stay afterwards for tea and cake. It is a lovely way to get to meet other mums.
