Times: 15:00pm - 16:00pm
This class is a safe place for mums and newborns to rest and relax with a welcome warm drink.
There will be helpful and supportive discussions of the highs and lows of motherhood with the opportunity to make some new mum friends and take part in some simple, gentle baby massage or Baby Yoga suitable for newborns.
This is a class that is available both virtually and in person.
