This class is suitable for new mums and their baby from 8 weeks and is ideal from 12 weeks old.
It’s Mums turn! This class will focus on core strengthening post pregnancy at your individual pace using gentle but effective Pilates exercises and Yoga-based Stretches. Fun for babies too with bubbles, songs and Baby Yoga. There is supportive chat amongst the mums with simple refreshments at the end.
