A nurturing, gentle yoga class for new parents and their pre-crawling babies. Each week we’ll do a mixture of movements for mums and little ones; giving you a mix of time for you, and connection with your baby and other new mums. Led by Emilie, a mum of 2 with 10 years experience as a pregnancy and postnatal specialist. As well as training as a doula and antenatal teacher, Emilie is a fully qualified yoga teacher and has completed additional training in healing abdominal separation, trauma sensitive yoga & dance for pregnant and postnatal mums.
“It’s a really lovely class, yoga for the mums with lots of stretches. Emilie tailors the class to what we need and the babies are with us and being entertained and engaged. All the babies are aged between about 2 months and crawling and Niamh loves it! She laughs and giggles her way through class, I see it as our one-on-one time.
